Welcome to PUKAR WELFARE FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization based in Patna, Bihar. We are dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education, social welfare, and humanitarian support. Our belief is simple yet powerful – “आपकी छोटी सी सहयोग किसी की खुशियाँ है। चलो हाथ मिलाये, खुशियाँ बाटे।”
We work towards providing quality education to poor and needy children, supporting old age homes with essential goods, and offering hope to those who need it the most. Through our initiative “Pay ₹3/day – ₹90/month”, we encourage individuals to make small contributions that collectively create a big impact in someone’s life.
At Pukar, we envision a society where no one is deprived of basic education, care, and dignity. Our programs focus on building awareness, spreading kindness, and creating opportunities for people to lead better and happier lives.

Our Mission: To create a sustainable and inclusive society where every child has access to education, every elderly person is cared for, and every underprivileged family receives support in times of need. We strive to spread happiness by connecting people who wish to help with those who need help.
Our Vision: To become a voice (“Pukar”) for the marginalized, promoting values of compassion, equality, and humanity. We aim to build a network of changemakers who will contribute to the nation’s development by sharing knowledge, resources, and kindness.
From distributing study materials and organizing awareness drives to supporting healthcare initiatives and providing goods to old age homes, our vision is to ensure that no one is left behind.
